Top 5 most wanted NECA TMNT 1980s cartoon figures vol 4

Neca continues to plow on through with their line of Ninja Turtle figures based on the original 1980s cartoon series. They've shown no sign at all of stopping anytime soon, and from my last list amount this topic we've gotten the Rat King, Muckman, and the Punk Frogs, as well as plenty more who weren't part of my previous most wanted list. So with 2021 probably holding lots more Ninja Turtle merchandise in the future, here is my updated fourth most wanted list of 1980s cartoon figures!

5. Irma and Zach

With Vernon being made by Neca, its got me thinking that the other human supporting characters to the turtles could be ripe for the figure treatment as well and the two that come immediately to mind for me are Irma and Zach. Irma was a lot of fun to have on the show as a friend to the main characters, with a crush on Donatello in particular, and the same extends to Zach who got to be the honorary fifth member to the crew. 


4. Neutrinos
Hailing from Dimension X, this insane looking group of characters showed up quite a few times throughout the show and their wacky look would go along with great with the cartoon aesthetic Neca has managed to achieve with their figures. Whether they just do one or go all in like they've done with the Triceratons and Punk Frogs, I'd love to get the Neutrinos set up in the display too.


3. Lord Dregg
Serving as the main villain of the final two seasons of the show, that alone makes him a notable figure in the show's history. Then you add to that the fact that he was treated more seriously than Shredder and Krang ever were and you have a deadly villain who had legions of armies under his control, giving the turtle's one of their most formidable opponents in the end.


2. Usagi Yojimbo
Fans have been asking for this character for a while now, and I think there are some legal disputes going on regarding him but whatever is happening I hope there's an opening for Neca to make this character in the line soon! A humanoid bunny in a samurai's garb wielding a sword is one of the best things to come out of the cartoon design wise, and I need that design captured in figure form!


1. Mutagen Man
We've gotten plenty of the Turtle's notable foes in the line so far, with Rat King and Muckman being two recent great additions to the line up; however, the most missing most in my opinion is Mutagen Man! I had his original figure and it was one of my favorites, with the clear tube body that housed his internal organs being such a cool design and look for not only the character but for a figure to achieve! I cannot wait for Neca to redo this character with a new, modern action figure!

This is definitely one of the most popular franchises out there and I didn't know that I needed action figures for it until now! Top 5 most wanted Star Wars the Black Series aliens from The Phantom Menace

The prequel love is very strong recently in Star Wars the Black Series, the line of 6 inch collection figures covering the Star Wars franchise. It felt like, as a prequel fan, that I was gasping for prequel figures in the collection not only a year ago but now we've had a flood of them, with another flood quickly coming! It's gotten me more excited for the line than I've been in a long time, and I've been thinking about some choice prequel characters I'd like to see! Aliens are getting a bit of a resurgence in the line as well, with prequel Jedi, Moloch, Rio, and a few others, so what better list to make than my most wanted aliens from the prequels? Top 5 most wanted Jakks Pacific Sonic Badniks vol 2

(Images Source) We have been getting more and more robotic Badniks in Jakks Pacific's line of Sonic figures which is very exciting! Primary characters are great, but getting more of the background designs to fill out the scenes is awesome and we've recently got some Badniks I was eagerly waiting for like the Burrobot, Newtron, and most recently the Caterkiller!! Eggman's army is packed to the brim though with all kinds of robotic enemies, and these are five more I hope to eventually see! 5. Jaws The Chopper is not the most posable of the Badniks that we've gotten so far (not that many are very posable to begin with), but it is such a classic design from the series and another underwater enemy would be the Jaws. With Jakks Pacific steadily working through giving us little playsets themed around different levels, a set themed around the underwater sequences would be the perfect way to get this guy into the line. 4.
