Top 5 most wanted Stargirl enemies on DC/CW's Stargirl
With my excitement over the new Stargirl tv show which I'm really enjoying so far, I picked up the newly released collection of the original Stars and Stripes comic written and released by Geoff Johns at this character's inception. I finished it very recently and noticed quite a lot of things that seem directly pulled from it for the tv show, which makes sense as an adaptation. While I absolutely love the Injustice Society as the villains, and Dragon King himself is pulled right from the Stargirl comics, there are a few other villains from her original solo stories that I would like to see in some form or another in the television show maybe in season 2 or as one off villains during season 1. So here are the top 5 Stargirl villains I want to see in Stargirl's television show universe.

5. Skeeter and Stunt
A big part of the comic revolved around this mad scientist aspect and to go along with that we got lots of mutated creatures and a goofy henchmen by the name of Stunt. While I don't think Stunt was the greatest villain, he could work well as a tertiary presence and give the villains some comedy relief. On the flip side of that, the massive insect nicknamed, "Skeeter," would definitely be something to fear and would likely look amazing on screen with the budget Stargirl's show seems to be allowed. Skeeter was the most prominent of the creatures from the story, and seeing it as a one off monster for an episode would be a treat.

4. Dr. Graft
Having mentioned the mad scientist, that was a man by the name of Dr. Graft who performed a lot of experiments under the guide of Dragon King. He was responsible for turning Cindy into Shiv, and for lots of other trials from the comics including trying to work on Courtney when he mistakenly thought she was the smartest subject available. Perhaps we can see him in some form this season in the same role as the book, working under Dragon King.

3. British Bat
This villain is one who was very, very short lived in the comic books. He showed up for only one fight in one issue, but his distinctive style and cartoonish basis would make for a fun appearance on the show. Being a British vampire, as his name suggests, he could be part of a new wave of villains to give Courtney her own rogues aside from the Injustice Society.

2. Nebula Man
This is one that I think would be perfect for either a higher tier villain who takes a while to defeat, or for a somewhat stand alone episode where this villains arrives and Courtney has to somehow defeat him. Nebula Man's presence in the original comic was one of my favorite issues with his destructive capabilities enough to warrant the attention of dozens of heroes, including the Justice League. Courtney, out of sheer luck basically, managed to defeat the villain on her own and I think that would be a great basis for an episode to see Pat warn of the danger of this villain, and for Courtney to triumph and defeat him herself.

1. Paintball
Arguably the first of the original supervillains Courtney fought for herself was an art teacher by the name of Paintball whose powers I'm not entirely clear on, but by their look on the page they would be incredible on the show! He is a villain with really no substance aside from his costume flair, meaning the show can do whatever they want with him, but above all else they have to keep his costume design in tact. The swirling mirage of colors alongside his abilities to siphon the color out of other objects would definitely make him one of the more visually compelling comic book villains brought to the screen.
