Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Kingdom Come figures

One of the things I like most about Mcfarlane's run on DC so far is that he isn't just sticking to the mainstream, modern or classic interpretations but also going into the standalaone stories that the DC universe is rich with and giving us characters based off of things like White Knight, Flashpoint, and Last Knight on Earth! One of my absolute favorites of these elseworlds stories, and one I know is acclaimed across the whole of DC, is Kingdom Come! The beautiful art style and this harsh future in the DC world would make for amazing figures in the line, and I so hope that Mcfarlane soon delves into this world as they have so many others already! And with that hope, these are the top 5 figures I'd like from one of the best stories DC has produced!

Honorable mention: Flash
He didn't get a ton to do during the story itself, but I really loved the design of the Flash from this series! Constantly being a red blur moving at super speeds like a ghost within Central City was a really fun concept, and spotting him in a crowd was always a unique sight. His biggest contribution to the story was seeing and pulling the main character who was watching the events unfold from the parallel plane he was in, which I personally found one of the best moments of the series. This Flash's story was expanded upon more in the follow up to Kingdom Come, and I'm interested in seeing Mcfarlane's take on this design in plastic form.

5. Green Lantern
Another character who didn't get a lot to during in the story itself, but made a big impact was Green Lantern. The suit alone makes this character suitable for a figure from Mcfarlane, as the bulky armor sets him apart from a lot of other Green Lanterns with the closest similarity being the armor Hal wore as Parallax; an interesting comparison. The construct city floating above the Earth was a crazy story point, and to another point we still need any comic Green Lantern for the collection.

4. Magog
One of the best original characters to come out of Kingdom Come was Magog, one of the first new superheroes to enter the scene and begin to age of the reckless and violent heroes that forced retired heroes like Superman to come back. I absolutely loved Magog's rivalry and history with Superman, as well as their eventual meeting during present day! The design of Magog is one I really like too, with the horns being an iconic image for the character.

3. Wonder Woman
The trinity of DC heroes is one that endures in almost every elseworlds story to exist in the comic line. That stands true for Kingdom Come as well, and Wonder Woman gets what I think is one of her most interesting storylines with her being banished from Paradise Island after being determined to have failed her mission to bring peace to the world. It painted Diana in a new light, and her relationship with Superman in this reality was an interesting one for the characters as well. While her classic costume looked cool in the story, what I would prefer is her golden armor which would no doubt look incredible in figure form if the Wonder Woman 1984 golden armor figure is any indication!

2. Batman
Kingdom Come's Batman was one of the most interesting and shocking takes on a classic character in this new DC reality, as years of crimefighting has turned Bruce Wayne into almost a dictator like figure who patrols the streets of Gotham with robot stormtroopers. Him leading his own brigade of superheroes against Superman and the threat of the new heroes was a great subplot of the series, and I would absolutely love to get a figure of Batman in his batsuit from the conclusion battle of the series.

1. Superman
When it comes down to it, Kingdom Come is a Superman story and follows his specific journey back into the superhero world and having to contend with everything as it has become in his absence. Just and I've said already about Kingdom Come being an incredible story, a big part of that has to do with Superman's involvement and the choices and hardships that he has to contend with. The older, weathered headsculpt would look great with Mcfarlane's sculpting, and the black and red Superman crest from Kingdom Come is one of the most iconic elseworlds symbols out there.
