Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Snyder and Capullo New 52 Batman series figures
I've been making posts recently about characters from specific storylines I'd like to see made in Mcfarlane's line of DC figures, and this past few months I finished the New 52 series of Batman comics from Snyder and Capullo. I absolutely love what the series did with Batman along with the numerous new villains and storylines that were given to us throughout the run. I know a lot of it has been covered by Mattel's DC Multiverse run, but a lot of them have Mattel's subpar articulation and right now nothing can beat Mcfarlane's sculpting and articulation. So here are the top 5 Snyder and Capullo New 52 Batman series figures I want most from Mcfarlane.

5. Armored suits
This is the type of figure Mcfarlane always talks about liking to do, bigger, bulkier figures who many times are armored suits which we've seen in his DC line already. Three examples from the New 52 Batman run I'd like to spotlight is the Thrasher armor he used to fight off the Talons in the batcave which was an awesome scene, the Justice Buster he used to incapacitate several members of the Justice League (before it was destroyed by Superman), and then the Rookie suit which is probably the most notable armored suit from this series. It was the robotic Batman suit used by Jim Gordon after he took over as Batman, and the slim, blue design just looks great.

4. Court of Owls and Talon
The big story that New 52 Batman started out with was the Court of Owls storyline that introduced this incredible concept that has lasted throughout several iterations of the Dark Knight's media presence. The mysterious, hidden group beneath Gotham continues to rear its masked head in stories up to this day marking its popularity to comic book readers. While a figure of a suited character wearing a Court of Owls mask wouldn't be the most energized, I think it would be a very unique figure to have on the shelf. The Talons would definitely make for more action oriented figures, whether Mcfarlane chooses to do the standard Talon or Lincoln March himself.

3. Mister Bloom
Out of all the new villains given to us in this run, there is none I enjoyed more than Mister Bloom who they ended the series with. This slenderman-esque villain quickly became a delight to read, and absolutely terrifying as the series went on. The fact that we still know nothing about him is uncomfortable, and his gangly, ugly elongated form was scary even before he started puncturing people with spear-like fingers. I hope this character gets to reappear in other stories down the line somehow despite his death, whether it be utilization in a tv show or movie, and I hope a figure of him will one day be in the works as well!

2. Batman
There's a lot of possibility when it comes to Batman for the line, as he many times changed up his look throughout the series. The suit he wore during the Zero Year event is a great looking departure from the usual plain blacks and grays, with the purple gloves standing out to me most. Of course there is his main black and gray suit too that is widely recognized as his New 52 look. Then there is the Jim Gordon version of Batman which was an interesting storyline, and an interesting suit as well as it lacked a cape.

1. Joker
After reading both Death of the Family and Endgame, this version of Joker fast became one of my favorite renditions of the character ever. I really love the fact that this Batman run treated Joker like a truly scary threat. He wasn't a brightly colored clown who showed up all the time, made jokes, and frequently threw down with Batman. He was a drably outfitted, murderous, frightening foe who many times made the comic feel like a horror story. He only appeared for two storylines in the series but those two stories packed a punch and really revved up the threat level I felt he posed, not to mention the very eerie myth of the Pale Man that elevated the idea of the Joker to newly frightening heights.
