Top 5 most wanted McFarlane DC Multiverse Teen Titans (2003) tv show figures

One of the biggest and best surprises from Mcfarlane toys recently regarding their DC line was the Teen Titans cartoon verison of Cyborg who looks amazing! We've never really gotten proper action figures for this amazing show, and for the possibilty for that to fully happen is just blowing my mind. Like I said, Cyborg looks incredible and I cannot wait to get his figure. The DC "multiverse" really is being scoured by Mcfarlane to make literally anything, and with Cyborg hopefully just being the start, here is my top 5 most wanted Teen Titans 2003 show figures!

5. Beast Boy
I absolutely love Beast Boy, but the reason he is ranking lower on the list is because I don't know how to really pull off the best Beast Boy figure possible. His entire deal is transforming into other animals, so simply getting a figure of him in his base form isn't quite capturing the character; however, I wouldn't want him mid transformation or anything either cause I also do want the base Beast Boy. What I can think of is his smaller and thinner size making it easier for him to possibly come with accessories of his animal forms but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

4. Starfire
A powerful and naive alien, Starfire provided a lot of the team's pureness and optimism. That didn't discredit her fighting abilities though as in many fights she was the strongest and most capable member that powered through the villains that they fought. I really hope that the figure comes with her worm pet as well, as it would be a perfect piece to include with her.

3. Raven
A lot of this list is going to end up being made up of the other members of the team but like I said at the beginning, I'm really excited to hopefully put together this rendition of the Teen Titans in figure form! Raven surprisingly provided one of the more emotionally centered arcs in the show for a character who regularly hid her feelings from everyone under her cloak. Episodes that explored her relationship with her father as well as her feelings embodied in alternate versions of herself were fan favorites and remembered well to this day.

2. Robin
This show is what truly made me a Robin ran after having minimal exposure to the character for a long time and not being entirely enthralled by whatever I read as well. I loved his determination, his cunning, and his dedication to the team and being their leader. So many of his solo arcs like his Red X stint and his culling to be Slade's apprentice were great storylines the show gave us, and the figure could easily be loaded up with accessories based on all his weapons from the show.

1. Villains: Slade and the Hive Five
I'm lumping a lot of characters into this slot here because between Slade and the Hive Five I couldn't decide who I'd be more excited to get in figure form based off of this show. Slade is the ultimate Teen Titans villain and is still credited as their nemesis to this day, with this show going a lot way to help solidify that dynamic to casual fans. His cool, calm demeanor was always unsettling and creepy as nothing seemed to unnerve him, and many times I wondered if this rendition of the character was really human or something else entirely. The Hive Five was a villain group that the heroes fought a few times over the course of the show, and the core trio from the team, Jynx, Mammoth, and Gizmo are the ones I'm most bent on seeing in figure form one day! We were so close to having a Mammoth figure finally from Mattel before they went under, even if it wasn't based on the cartoon, so I'm hoping Mcfarlane can give us these characters one day.
