The prequel love is very strong recently in Star Wars the Black Series, the line of 6 inch collection figures covering the Star Wars franchise. It felt like, as a prequel fan, that I was gasping for prequel figures in the collection not only a year ago but now we've had a flood of them, with another flood quickly coming! It's gotten me more excited for the line than I've been in a long time, and I've been thinking about some choice prequel characters I'd like to see! Aliens are getting a bit of a resurgence in the line as well, with prequel Jedi, Moloch, Rio, and a few others, so what better list to make than my most wanted aliens from the prequels? Flash has entered its first ever two part midseason finale and I think that so far the story preceding Crisis has reached its stride as Ramsay proves himself to be a very terrifying and formidable enemy, worthy of the big bad status. With Rise of the Skywalker fast approaching, I'm going to try and finish up my series of which characters I want most from each of the Skywalker Saga films. Only two remain, and this time I'll be looking at The Last Jedi which already has a decent amount of Black Series love. Of course, several figures and characters have yet to be given figures yet (some drastically needed), so here are my top 5 picks for the Black Series figures from episode 8 I want most from Hasbro! Disguise DJ and Rose I'm not sure how well these would do at retail, given that these characters in their base outfits shelf warmed really badly, but I would like to finish out this trio of disguise characters from the latter half of the movie. The Finn we got was the disguise version, and I feel like the disguise versions of DJ and Rose would fit well with it.

We are now four waves deep into the Transformers card game by Wizards of the Coast! A lot of great cards and characters have been represented in the line already, with a lot hailing from the earlier season of the original tv show. The first season has been getting a lot of love but there are still a few more characters from that original first batch of episodes that still haven't made it into the card game! In fact, if I counted right (which there's a strong possibility I didn't), there are only 5 major characters from the first season still left to appear in card form! So while these are my top 5 most wanted G1 season 1 characters for the card game, it may also be the 5 remaining G1 season 1 characters for the card game! Wave 4 of Wizards of the Coast's Transformers card game has released and I think it is very awesome! Many of the cards are very powerful, fun to play, and I think it may even be the best wave since wave 1! It has a lot of fun new gimmicks, and it also has a great number of new characters added to the mix! We get mercenaries like Lockdown, Smokescreen, Spinister, Astrotrain, Apeface, Sandstorm, and plenty of others who hadn't been in the game yet! I'm always excited to get new characters in every wave, especially with the great looking art, and with my original top 10 list of most wanted G1 characters mostly being covered, here is a part 2 with another set of 10 G1 characters I want to see in the Transformers TCG. Batwoman is coming closer to the midseason finale of the first season, and this episode pushes forward a couple of relationships while also potentially setting up a new overarching villain for the series! I can't find him from the comics anywhere, and with such a hugely vast Batman mythos of villains it seems odd that the show would make one up, when there are surely plenty of gun wielding foes in the comics. One thing that I love about Hasbro's line of Power Rangers action figures is that they regularly include villains in the line, with about one per wave, and a few scattered out as exclusives! Bandai's Legacy collection never really gave us villains aside from a con exclusive Drakkon, and a couple of the Psychos, so for Hasbro to spoil us with so many foes is awesome! It is good to have some enemies on the shelf for the Rangers to face off against, but there are of course still more I want to see made with around 27 years worth of Power Rangers to pull from! Hasbro's line of Power Rangers action figures has been great so far but there is one big thing missing from the line that a lot of fans having been pointing out as more figures are coming out. There is a distinct lack of female representation, when many of the rangers and villains are females themselves. So far Kimberly from Mighty Morphin is the only female character from the series we have in the Lightning Collection, and I'm hoping that more are on the way soon bcause there are a lot of strong female characters in the series.
