Top 5 most wanted cards in the Chrono Clash Evangelion card game
I've recently gotten into the Chrono Clash system card game that so far has Naruto and Godzilla as the licenses under its belt. The third franchise joining the game has already been announced as Evangelion which is a show I've been a long time fan of every since I was a child, so getting it in card game form under this awesome system of play is something I'm really excited for! The reintroduction of the franchise into a new media format will be exciting for not only myself but surely other fans, and here are the top 5 cards I want based on the show!

I remember having a lot of fun with this episode and watching the heroes come up with how to stop this gargantuan monster prowling the waters around them. The size of the creature took my by surprise when it first appeared, and I think there's potential for it to be an unattackable card based off of it being hidden in the waters from the heroes in the show.

4. Jet Alone
Another foe from the show that really stood out to me was the haywire, malfunctioning Jet Alone that nearly had a nuclear meltdown. Having an enemy that wasn't an Angel was a new thing at that point and watching the heroes fight another robot was interesting, especially as it hounded down some of the main characters hauntingly.

3. Lilith
I find the concept and the design of this being incredibly intriguing and the religious components of its design give it a very drastically separate appearance from a lot of the other monsters in the series. Being the source of the human race, Lilith could play the role of some support and energy replenishment in the card game.

2. Israfel
I think that this is one character from the show that could really fit well into the gimmicks of the Chrono Clash system almost perfectly. Since you have to sacrifice smaller cards in order to summon the larger cards; it would fit well to have the two smaller versions be the ones you must sacrifice in order to summon a larger card which would be the combined version!

1. Zeruel
This angel and the fight surrounding it remains my favorite moment from the show. I love its strange design with the stubby legs and paper-like arms, and the fight between Shinji and it later in the episode was awesome. It also lead to the Eva unit taking on its monstrous actions and eating the angel, which was a shocking revelation that I hadn't foreseen in the seemingly robotic unit. In terms of card gimmicks, this characters force field projection ability could give it a Sentinel icon in the game, protecting the guardian stack.
