With Rise of the Skywalker fast approaching, I'm going to try and finish up my series of which characters I want most from each of the Skywalker Saga films. Only two remain, and this time I'll be looking at The Last Jedi which already has a decent amount of Black Series love. Of course, several figures and characters have yet to be given figures yet (some drastically needed), so here are my top 5 picks for the Black Series figures from episode 8 I want most from Hasbro!

5. Disguise DJ and Rose
I'm not sure how well these would do at retail, given that these characters in their base outfits shelf warmed really badly, but I would like to finish out this trio of disguise characters from the latter half of the movie. The Finn we got was the disguise version, and I feel like the disguise versions of DJ and Rose would fit well with it.

4. Paige
She didn't get to do much in the actual film, but I really enjoyed Paige's small time on the screen from the opening of the movie. Her fight to get the bombs to drop on the First Order Dreadnought was really cool to see, and I was sad to see her die so early on because I feel like she could have been a really strong female character in the same vein as newer heroes like Qi'ra and Jyn.

3. Leia Skywalker
With Carrie Fisher's tragic passing, I wish Hasbro would be given more attention to her various outfits from the movie and push out as much representation for her as possible to remember her time in the franchise. I actually really liked her outfit from the 8th film; the blue dress had a striking, regal look to it that vaguely reminded me of Padme's many outfits. I like it more than the vest look we got from episode 7, and a photo real, older Carrie Fisher would be great.

2. Exile Luke
Now I'm getting into the two that I really feel are glaring omissions in the toy line up. Luke was a major part of the storyline, after being teased so heavily in the preceding film we finally got him in the 8th movie in a role that I really enjoyed. Seeing Luke pushed to the edge, and his subsequent return to heroism was really great, and the scenes with him on the island were really enjoyable. His scavenger-esque outfit would be really cool to have in the Black Series, plus with photo real now a thing, it would look a lot better than the episode 8 Luke we did get.

2. Crait Luke
This definitely should have been a figure we got shortly after the release of the movie, but now we're nearing two years afterwards without this figure so much as hinted at by Hasbro. The final scene with Luke is my favorite in the whole sequel trilogy so far, and having this last outfit of his would be really great. I love the black and white outfit with the more clean cut look to his appearance, and out of all the Lukes we are getting and are still waiting on, this is the one I want most.
