Sony's Spiderverse movie came out and was a bit hit with fans including myself who thought the movie was a very good time, very funny, very deep, and gave us fan favorite comic characters who thus far hadn't been seen in movies like Miles Morales and Spider Gwen. A sequel has already been announced, and the potential for more Spidermen to appear is infinite as we delve into the Spiderverse itself, and I'm fully expecting to see a few new masks by the time we revisit the universe. So with that in mind, here are the top 5 Spidermen I want to see in the Spiderverse franchise.

5. Spidersman
This is one I found out about just by scrolling around the internet, but I love the idea of millions of spiders who all think they're Peter Parker working together to wear the Spiderman suit and fight crime. I don't know anything else about the character but that is wild enough, and I would love a scene of the others just seeing Spidersman's suit seething with spiders and see their reaction!

4. Spiderman UK
This is one of the more popular alternate versions of Spiderman and one I'd be interested in seeing in a follow movie due to that popularity. The suit on this verison also looks very cool and would contrast well with the designs of the other characters.

3. Madame Web
This technically isn't a Spiderman, but is a spider character and a major one that I think definitely needs to be present if we're going to be dealing in the Spiderverse. She oversees all the different Spidermen in every universe and if we're really going to be dimension hopping like the ending of Spiderverse suggested, then she would fit right in as some sort of guide to their journeys.

2. Spiderpunk
This is another fun version of Spidey that would be neat to see in the movies and would definitely add more flare and variety to the already crazy cast as Spidermen we have so far. The mohawk, the jacket, and the electric guitar all do it for me and seeing a Spiderman fight crime in this attire would be an absolute blast.

1. Live action Spidermen
I think fans would go crazy if this happened, and apparently it almost happened in the first film! I would love to see the live action Spidermen make an apperance, all three of them, and the creators have said that they held off on them in the first movie because they wanted ot give them a bigger role down the road. That sounds awesome to me, and I'll be very excited to see what comes out of it and to see some of the older actors like Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield back in the role!
