Top 5 most wanted Batman villains in the DCEU
If there is anything the DCEU has been accomplishing very well it is bringing characters into live action that haven't seen that format before. Plenty of heroes are getting their due, but a lot of comic book baddies are arriving as well; primarily Batman foes. Characters like Harley Quinn, Killer Croc, and Black Mask are all getting their first proper live action treatment, not to mention the slew of other Batman villains we've gotten who already appeared in live action before. This rogues gallery is getting a lot of love, and with announcements about villains for the Batman movie so far including Catwoman and Riddler, I thought I'd make my list about which Batman foes I'd like to see in the DCEU, so here are the top 5!

5. Mad Hatter
This is a bit of a more obscure character, but I think recent media has helped step him up a little bit. The Arkham games especially gave him some of the most fun side missions from the series, and it wouldn't definitely turn out to be a unique villain if he were to appear in any of the films. Batman is also known for having some of the most outright insane villains, so while more intelligent villains like Catwoman and Riddler are running about; it'd be fun to have a nut job like Mad Hatter thrown in.

4. Two Face
I've seen rumors about this characters involvement in the upcoming movies but until something solid is confirmed he's residing here in this list. This character has had two live action interpretations so far and they were both very different. The version played in Batman Forever was definitely more of a light hearted, joking version of the character, while the Dark Knight version was very grounded, real, and vicious. I think the true comic book version hasn't really been tapped upon yet, and I'd love to see the interplay of split personality in this character in the live action films.

3. Poison Ivy
This is another character who so far has only had one live action appearance in film and I think that a new version definitely needs to be done to really capture this character's presence. CGI would work perfectly to demonstrate of powers of plant control, and the Arkham games I think is a good model for how this character should be portrayed in the live action films. I won't even mention the Gotham version, which only focused on seducing people and not so much on controlling plants.

2. Firefly
Another lower tier villain but one I'd love to see in live action. Firefly got a few appearances in the Arkham games, and I loved every minute of it. He had a jet pack and a powerful flame thrower than burned everything in his path, which would definitely make for a really fun and visually compelling character to appear on screen at some point.

1. Scarecrow
The villain I most want to see though is definitely the Scarecrow! His appearances in the Arkham games, especially the first one, was really incredible and the sequences in which you have to fight off his fear toxin are visually amazing and I would to see something similar in the movies. Batman Begins played with the hallucination aspect a little bit, but I'd love to see a movie go full blown with it, which could also be a great character building moment to show what Batman and other characters truly fear.
