Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Suicide Squad (2016) movie figures

I've talked about the figures I want Mcfarlane to do most from the upcoming The Suicide Squad by James Gunn, and now I'll be taking a step back and look at the first Suicide Squad movie that released! It was a major landmark for the team and the property, making them common knowledge to most people and the general public, rather than a more obscure comic book team. It was the first movie to focus on the villains, and had an interesting cast for its first adventure. So with a brand new rendition of the Suicide Squad upcoming, this is a look back for my top 5 most wanted Suicide Squad (2016) figures by Mcfarlane!

5. Slipknot
We all knew that Slipknot was going to immediately die. He was barely in the trailers, any of the team spots, and he also happened to be the only member of the Squad not to get a figure by Mattel. While Slipknot went out quick, his outfit was a pretty cool one to see on screen with his assorted ropes and knots, and seeing that he was one of the only character to not get a figure of any kind, it'd be cool to see one made of him.

4. Captain Boomerang
One of my favorite characters to come out of the movie was Captain Boomerang, the sly, cruel criminal who had robbed every bank in Australia and got one of his fellow Squad members killed! It was a great representation of the character from the comics, and I thought Jai Courtney did a great job, with the overcoat, beanie, and beard making a great looking Boomerang design!

3. El Diablo
Mcfarlane could go either way with this one. El Diablo was my favorite character to come out of the first movie, having the most devastating backstory out of the characters he shared the screen with, as well as a rocking design due to the tattoos, and spectacular power effects. An updated figure from Mcfarlane would be very welcome, and if Mcfarlane wanted to go further and do El Diablo's fiery, monstrous form from the finale that would be awesome as well!

2. Incubus
Both villains of the both never got figures from Mattel, despite the multiple Jokers and Harley Quinns we got, and I thought that was a shame for while both weren't super intriguing as villains, I loved their creative designs. Incubus was a particular delight to look at with his luminescent armor and such a different look from most of the other villains from the DCEU. He would work perfect as either a build a figure or a deluxe figure, or even a two pack with my number one spot on this list!

1. Enchantress
I've heard a lot of complaints levelled towards this character, and while I do openly agree that Enchantress wasn't portrayed the best, I attribute that to all of the cuts and re edits that clearly went on with the movie. By the trailers we can see that the June Moon and Enchantress storyline was meant to explored much more, but what we got was still a lot of fun and Enchantress herself had a very unique villain design to the DCEU like her brother, Incubus. Either of her costumes would be really cool to see made as figures!
