Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse figures vol 2

Mcfarlane has been hitting on all cylinders when it comes to their DC Multiverse line and with each year it feels like he is continuously topping himself when it comes to design, character choice, and overall amount of figures being produced! I couldn't be happier with this as we see more and more characters and different versions of characters pouring through in plastic form, and I've recently even gotten some of my most wanted choices such as Starro, the Crime Syndicate, Henry Cavill's Superman, and Grant Gustin's Flash! So with the future of the toyline bright I'm coming around for a part 2 of my top 5 most wanted DC figures from across all DC media, and with it I will be celebrating my 700th post on this blog! So much of it has become about the DC Multiverse line, and with it becoming possibly my favorite toyline I'm collecting right now I am happy to give the 700th achievement to this awesome line!

5. DCEU General Zod
Just so there isn't the expectation that this character will keep topping out my lists at the number 1 spot, I'm moving it down for now but that doesn't mean that I want this figure any less! I absolutely loved Michael Shannon's performance as this character in Man of Steel and his armored look in particular would be astounding as a sculpted figure from Mcfarlane! With the character evidently returning in the upcoming The Flash movie I'm hopeful that could be our chance to finally get a DCEU Zod!

4. Stargirl
I haven't been the only one to notice that the line is severely lacking in female figures when compared to the male figures, but I'm hoping it will begin to balance itself out sometime in the near future because some of my favorite characters in the comics are female and that includes Stargirl! Whether it be the CW or comic book version of the character I would be all for it, and the perfect figure companion would be a mega fig STRIPE!

3. Watchmen
I recently reread Doomsday Clock and it reminded me just how much Watchmen helped form my love of comic books! The original graphic novel stands as one of the best storylines out there, and I was a huge fan of the movie that Zach Snyder released. Doomsday Clock was an incredible fusion of the Watchmen world with the prime DC world, and characters like Rorschach, Dr. Manhattan, and the Comedian in particular would no doubt be instant hits if Mcfarlane were to dig into this iconic team!

2. CW Reverse Flash
The amount of CW stuff in the line has been sadly scarce when compared to how much focus Mattel's line was giving the Arrowverse, and with us getting a great Grant Gustin Flash figure this year my next biggest want from the CW world would have to be the Reverse Flash to go along with him! I haven't been as much of a fan of how the character has been used in later seasons; however, from that season 1 storyline he was undoubtedly one of the best live action supervillains we had seen to that point, and the mixture of black and yellow for his costume made for one of the best speedster outfits on the CW ever!

1. Jay Garrick
Taking the top spot has to be one of my top 5 character comic characters of all time! Mcfarlane's line has been focusing on a lot of speedsters lately so I'm hoping we can get this character soon, because the first Flash of DC comics is a character I desperately need on the shelf! I love everything about the uniform with the iconic helmet being the biggest piece, his role as mentor and father figure to every other character making him one of the warmest characters in DC lore, and he is one of the pivotal members of the JSA which have been primarily left out of the Multiverse line at this point! Another plus to getting a Jay Garrick figure is that a quick custom shading paint job can turn him into a custom comic book "The Rival" figure!
