Top 5 most wanted yellow Power Rangers in Hasbro's Lightning Collection
For some reason, when it comes to yellow rangers in the Power Rangers franchise they've commonly been the rangers on the team that I connect the least with and find have the least development out of the group. Despite this, there have still been a good amount that I absolutely love and am waiting for Hasbro to introduce into their Lightning Collection line. So just like I counted down the top 5 blue and red rangers I wanted to see in the line, here are the top 5 yellow rangers I want to see in Hasbro's Lightning Collection!

Despite being a newer show, the newest season of Power Rangers has gotten a good amount of representation in the line! The red, blue, and gold rangers have all been pushed out to fans, and we're very close now to having the entire line up from the show currently. The biggest one out of the two missing in my opinion is the yellow ranger, one of the original three, and would also be a much needed female in the line.

4. Lost Galaxy
Maya's introduction to the team and the show not only offered a completely unique character take, as she was from a jungle tribe and not from the city as most every ranger was, but she also provided an integral location to the show in Mirinoi. This was the planet where the Quasar sabers were originally found, where the rangers had their first encounter with the villains, and also where the crew of Terra Venture found themselves in the end of the show. Maya was also just a fun and naive character on the show just like Andros adjusting to life on earth.

3. In Space
Watching In Space, it ended up becoming one of my favorite seasons of Power Rangers because of an interesting concept, a great cast of villains, a fun overarching story with major ramifications by the end, but most importantly a fantastic group of rangers! I'm not a particular fan of the personality Ashley had, but I thought she was very well developed and I could easily tell that she meshed well with the others.

2. Psycho Yellow
Technically, this is a yellow ranger, so she is making the list! I love the Psychos from In Space, and I wish they had gotten to do more in Lost Galaxy before most of them were killed off very quickly (barring Psycho Pink's big episode). Yellow was one of the three Psychos from In Space that got several episodes and lasted very long, and would also provide the body mold for Psycho pink to be made too! more villains and more females are always welcome to the line, and it would be fun for them to even include an unmasked head for when the Psychos went undercover!

1. Mighty Morphin
Trini was the original yellow ranger, and one of the best. It was absolutely tragic what happened to her actor in real life, and I think it is a bit insulting to her legacy what seems to be going on with her figure in the Lightning Collection. Her figure has been heavily rumored/leaked for wave 4 alongside Zeo blue and the others figures in that wave; however, it hasn't been revealed as of yet and there are questions to whether or not the wave will include the standard four figures, or three which would mean Trini was pushed from the wave. All I know is that Trini needs to be entered into the Lightning Collection soon, as a core Power Rangers characters, and a fantastic part of the franchise.
