My favorite movie from the Disney era of Star Wars films, that has also become one of my favorite Star Wars movies of all time, is the first spinoff film: Rogue One. I love everything about the film, from the storyline, the new cast of characters, and the new kind of Star Wars story that pulled away from the huge conflict between the light side and the dark. Now we got a smaller conflict between the Rebels and the Empire, with no Jedi in sight. Hasbro I feel really dropped the ball when it comes to product for this movie. The Black Series line did hit a lot of the major characters, but while we had great figures like K2, the Scarif trooper, Baze, Chirrut and Krennic (for pre photo-real era his headsculpt isn't that bad), there was also the terrible headsculpts of Jyn and Cassian. Several major characters were also left out of the line, including my personal favorites of the cast. So with the hope that Hasbro will dive back into this film soon, after not touching it since the release, these are my top 5 most wanted Rogue One Black Series figures.

5. Scarif rebel trooper
We got the Scarif stormtroopers, and the Death troopers, but the line as a whole has only touched upon the rebel side of things. I would really like a Scarif rebel to go in the display, especially as the entire Scarif sequence was one of the best Star Wars set pieces in my opinion. Several of these would be easy buys to fill out the scenes, and could potentially be reused in places to make the Endor or Hoth rebels.

4. Pao/Bistan
This movie really got me into the background Rebel troops, and that goes for the alien side of things too! Pao and Bistan were tiny pieces of the film's third act, but their designs alone land them in this list as surefire great figures. Bistan is a little monkey-like creature who I was heartbroken to see die in the film, and Pao's figure would certainly need an articulated jaw ala Ackbar.

3. Imperial Disguise Cassian and Jyn
The main reason why these two are on the list, is because Cassian and Jyn are two of my top favorite Star Wars characters ever, and I need actually good headsculpts for the two of them. Their current portraits are the worst I've seen in the entire line, and this would also finish out their looks for the movie. Cassian could easily reuse the Imperial body mold that's been used several times now, while Jyn would have to use a new mold most likely.

2. Saw Gerrera
Now I'm getting into the two huge characters missing from the line, who I'd say are among the most glaring omissions of the entire line across all the movies! Saw Gerrera is certainly one of the most interesting new additions to the movies, while starting out in the Clone Wars tv show he has become a gruff, paranoid, war torn rebel that goes to extreme lengths in a way we haven't seen from the freedom fighters in the rebellion up to this point. His scenes were super fun and tense, and his design lends to a potentially incredible action figure with his half robot form.

1. Bodhi Rook
I'm literally astounded that we still don't have a Bodhi in the line yet. He is the 6th member of the team, literally the character that jump starts the story, names the team, and helps get the Death Star plans to the rebels. He is my favorite character from the movie for being basically a regular guy in the midst of this galactic war, the most relatable character in the saga, and also for being just a great character in the movie. His jumpsuit would be a unique body mold for the line and set him apart from all the jacket wearers we've gotten in the recent movies, his backpack would be a great, larger accessory for him to include, and the positive point of him coming later than the others is that he will have a great portrait thanks to photo-real, and the upgrades in articulation we've gotten by now.
