Top 5 most wanted Transformers TCG characters from the 2010-2011 Generations toyline

Wizards of the Coast, while discussing their Transformers card game, have said that the generations line of Transformers figures would be a big source of characters when it came to future waves. So with that in mind, I'm looking back at the original start of what was called the "generations" line of Transformers action figures with the 2010/2011 line up of Transformers that kicked off the yearly line we know now. With that explained out, here are the top 5 characters from that original run that I'd love to see in the Transformers card game!

5. Drift
This Autobot samurai has technically been in the game twice already under the moniker of Deadlock, but I would really like for him to receive a card based around his official and most used designation of Drift. It would be awesome for it to somehow be playable also with the two Deadlock cards that we have gotten so far, and then there would be a Decepticon, Autobot, and Mercenary card of technically the same character!

4. Skullgrin
For the most part, this character is here because I think he looks and sounds really cool! I really know nothing about the character, but the red and white color scheme pops and while we essentially have that tank in the card game already via Darkmount in wave one, Skullgrin sounds cool enough that I would be open to having another tank of the same design.

3. Junkheap
Wizards of the Coast has already said before that when Junkions enter the game it will likely be as their own faction set apart from the preexisting ones! I think that would be really fun and awesome to have another faction in the game, as it would make decks even more diverse and complicated over time. Any Junkion would likely increase the motorcycle support in the game as well, which right now isn't much.

2. Scourge
I've talked about Scourge and the other later G1 Decepticons that I think need more representation in the card game, because right now they have zero representation. Scourge always had a bit of a neat design, and I think that his rounded spaceship mode could look really cool in card form while also supplying the game with another much needed spaceship!

1. Transformers WFC characters
As soon as I realized that these figures came out in this portion of the Transformers toylines, I knew what was going to be number one on this list. I loved the War for Cybertron games, and I was so stoked to find that designs from it were already being used for characters in the card game like Demolisher and Shockwave from wave 1! I think that the designs should be used for plenty more character cards though, and Bumblebee, Optimus, and Megatron would benefit from these different designs in their card art after remaining largely the same after 4 waves.
