Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane Call of Duty figures

McFarlane's Call of Duty line is really starting to take off I think. The initial first wave I thought was fine, a lot of Black Ops 4 characters with a few thrown in from other games but for the most part, nothing too spectacular and this was also prior to McFarlane's new stance on including tons of articulation. Upcoming with have Richtofen and Woods from the Black Ops series, along with Captain Price, and another mystery figure. All solid choices and I'm excited to see what other figures come down the pipeline. So excited in fact, that I'm doing a top 5 list of the Call of Duty figures I want most from McFarlane toys. So with all that out of the way, here is the list!

5. Hudson
Hudson was a central character in the first Black Ops game, and returned for the second game even if it was to see his eventual, untimely demise. Nicknamed, "The Icecube," he was cold, stern, and played a role in one of the game's major plot twists in which he is revealed to be one of the people interrogating Mason. While he wasn't the hugest character in the franchise, he's from my favorite game of the series and I remember his role fondly.

4. Menendez
Black Ops 2's story definitely looked to take things a step up with drone warfare and the inclusion of terrorist Menendez who provided a terrifying, frightening villain who dominated the scenes he was in. Unlike the first Black Ops who had a primarily shallow, plain evil villain, Menendez was given true motivation and his pain and loss catapulted him through his storyline. The level in which you play as him slaughtering the soldiers in the village as an attempt to get to his sister was also tense and awesome, along with the fact that depending on the players' decisions his actions can lead to the deaths of several key characters.

3. Alex Mason
The central protagonist of the original Black Ops game, Alex Mason is the one we follow as he goes after the villains of the game. His story starts in Vorkuta, the prison mine, and leads us all the way to the game's finale with lots of twists and turns along the way. One of the best parts about his character is the brainwashing that he underwent, leading him to see Viktor Reznov in many of the game's scenes despite the character never being there in the first place. It provided for an amazing plot twist, and gave the character of Mason another layer instead of being a simple soldier.

2. Reznov
Speaking of Reznov, he met his demise not too long after the first Black Ops began; however, due to Mason's brainwashing we saw him throughout the rest of the story. Not only that, but he was a main character in the preceding game, World at War, where he was portrayed as a strong willed, determined soldier who would get the job done. Along with Woods, I found Reznov as one of the strongest characters of the franchise and definitely one that left an imprint on the franchise.

1. Zombies crew
McFarlane has started the job by making the mad German scientist, but now they must follow through with the three other members of the classic zombies crew. While I wish they were in their Black Ops 1 attire, I understand why they're going with the later outfits and I know that myself like a lot of fans are very happy to see these characters tapped upon for the action figures. Richtofen looks great, and the inclusion of the Ray gun is absolutely perfect. Hopefully the other members will include their own wonder weapons, and it won't be too long before we can assemble the four side by side.
