Top 5 most wanted NECA classic Godzilla figures
NECA's line of Godzilla figures has been long running and recently it seems like it has been ramping up a bit with more than just one figure released every year. Even with the amount they've produced so far, there's of course, like always, more that I want to see made and I've concocted another top 5 list to present those top 5 most wanted here today. So moving forward, here are the top 5 Godzilla figures I want most from NECA.

5. Shin Godzilla form 2
This has been a long wanted figure on this blog and the only reason it is lower on the list here is because I feel like the possibility of this figure might be low. It is a Godzilla, but NECA already made a Godzilla for the film and it feels like they've moved on. I hope not though, as I loved Godzilla in this film and this opening form in which he appeared to the world was absolutely wild and I loved it.

4. More Godzilla rereleases
This is something that NECA has stated they're going to do and I couldn't be happier. I missed a lot of the earlier figures and getting them all rereleased in the window box format is very exciting for me, especially as some may come packaged with additional atomic blast pieces that they did not have initially. The first of these rereleases are supposed to come out soon, and hopefully the rest will follow afterwards.

3. Godzilla Earth
This is another one that I'm not sure if NECA has it on their radar or not. It is from the CG anime movies released on Netflix that featured the largest Godzilla to date and definitely one of the most impressive. The design of Godzilla in this case was extremely cool to look at, and the almost strained appearance of the creature seemed to exude its awesome power.

2. Godzilla 2000
I've always loved this version of Godzilla simply for the design alone. It looks fierce, powerful, antagonistic, and those purple spines are beautiful to look at. The spines are what set it apart most from prior versions of the character and I think that they worked very well, and helped to accentuate this new Godzilla's design ten fold.

1. Godzilla: Final Wars
This was the last Godzilla movie to come out before the 2014 film and the Shin Godzilla Japanese release. It was a completely crazy movie with a ton of past monsters returning all for Godzilla to completely wipe the floor with them in some great fight sequences that even saw monsters like Hedorah return. It was a lot of fun, and Godzilla got a complete redesign for the movie that demands a figure to be made for representation. Godzilla was slimmer with smaller spines, and a much more muscular physique and like I said, this would be great in figure form.
