Jazwares' Micro Galaxy Squadron line of Star Wars ships continued in 2024 with lots of great ships and designs from the Star Wars universe being checked off from all across the saga, and with 2025 well under way this will be my ranking of my top 5 favorite Micro Galaxy Squadron releases of last year.

5. B-Wing
An early release of the year was the B-Wing which was a lot of fun to mess around with. With wings that could be articulated and a completely rotatable cockpit this ship has plenty of features to play with making it a good hands-on ship in the line.
4. U-Wing
Rogue One is one of my favorite Star Wars films in the series and the release of the U-Wing was a wonderful first entry into that film for the spinoff film. It comes with plenty of play features making it a playset all its own with multiple inner rooms, sliding panels for entry, and posable wings that captures the ship's flight and landing modes.
3. Gungan Sub
While it does not possess as many play features as other ships on this list, the Gungan Sub was a surprise of a release that turned out to be one of the most impressive ships in the line yet. With a wonderful color pallet, multiple seating areas, and a rotating rotor section, this ship has a mighty shelf presence and was a great piece to celebrate Phantom Menace with.
2. More Podracers
I was hoping to see more Podracers in the line after the release of Subulba and Anakin's, and we got exactly that in 2024 with the three pack release. Subulba's podracer has been updated with better paint apps, and the two new podracers bring with them fantastic sculpting detail that have us building out a true podracing set up which looks incredible. I hope that 2025 brings with it another release for the podracing scene, some of my favorite ship designs in the Star Wars franchise.
1. AT-TE
Since its teasing with a silhouette I was highly anticipating the AT-TE and it was well worth the wait. It takes one of the coolest Clone Wars vehicle designs and brings it to the line with plenty of articulation and play features to make it stand out. With numerous seating areas, movable turrets, and storage areas for speeders, the AT-TE is a mighty release into the line and one of the standouts that truly show off what Jazwares can do with these ships.
